One of the most prevalent challenges community banks face is the lack of trained credit personnel. Training resources available for purchase can be expensive and time consuming to implement, not to mention the excessive fees vendors charge to have their trainers present the materials. We can customize a training curriculum to meet a community bank’s needs, and schedule delivery on a flexible schedule that fits our customer’s budget and business needs.
Additionally, we will design and implement a development program for mid-career lenders and credit personnel to prepare them for advancement into senior level positions.
